Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you or your customers notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order,

please contact us: custom@cusneon.com.cusneon will make every effort to resolve issues and replace, refund or partially refund the product. The final resolution for defective products is decided on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges, Return & Refunds (if applicable)
Generally, we cannot refund custom products and limited edition installations.
We only accept to exchange or refund, if:

Wrong item(s) received.
The item is damaged or defective.
Package lost.

For standard products, non-customized, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Before sending back anything, please contact custom@cusneon.com and we'll guide you through the process. The price of the products will be refunded, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

The cost of the freight for return is assumed by the buyer.

Cancellation/Change
Please contact us at custom@cusneon.com as soon as possiable. It may be too late to change or cancel if your request is not within 12 hours after your confirmation on the order.

Why does my item look different from the picture advertised?

They are handcrafted and made for the precise purpose and will of the buyer. Our team bend those flex neon tube by hand. Therefore, your custom neon sign could not be 100% matching with mock-up we sent. We believe all craft item is unique.

Please bear in mind that product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product. The color of our neon product from our website or mock-ups for reference only.

Now that cusneon with US branch, where the service center in, also stock in the US and Chinese branch, were the main marketing and sales team in and also factory base. We hope to provide the best quality neon at an affordable price all over the world.
